This Wildcrafted Sweetgrass Braid (Hierochloe odorata) is a luxurious herb with a long history of use in Europe and North America. Often referred to as Holy Grass, its sweet, vanilla-like aroma is widely sought after. Native American tribes have used Sweetgrass in sacred rituals, meditation, and purification ceremonies for centuries. When burned, the smoke from the tightly-woven braid is believed to attract positive energies. Its two-foot leaves can even be woven into intricate baskets.
