What are backflow cones?

Backflow incense cones differ from the "normal" cones because of the opening in the middle. Through this opening in the cone, the smoke that is released flows down instead of up. This way you achieve the special ‘waterfall’ effect. The smoke flows down through the opening in the cone because there is cooler air in the opening of the cone. Cooler air always makes smoke flow down.

Just like the other incense cones from Satya Sai Baba, the backflow cones are made entirely from natural ingredients. To ensure an extra beautiful effect, a lot of smoke comes off the cones. That also means that a lot of the scent is released.

How to burn and use: Light the incense cone using a lighter or match. The bottom of the incense cone should be aligned with the hole of the backflow incense burner. It is most effectively used in a non-windy environment to prevent the smoke from dissipating. Each cone will burn for about 15-30 minutes.
